1 - You will receive your invitation approximately 3 weeks before your screening appointment.

2 - You can change the time, date or location of your appointment by contacting your local service or by completing the online change appointment form

3 - At reception you will be asked to confirm your details.

4 - Please note that if your appointment is at a mobile unit you will have to go up a few small steps.

5 - A female radiographer will take 2 x-rays of each breast.

6 - Your x-rays are read independently by two highly qualified and experienced film readers to look for any abnormalities.

7 - You will receive your results letter within 2 weeks.
