User Registration

This function is only for NHS professionals. In order to register you must have a valid NHS email address. Please enter your email address and complete the registration. You will then receive an e-mail which will contain your activation code. This code will allow you to activate your account.

Once your account is activated you can logon to the NHS professional pages.

Please choose your own User Id (e.g. fblogs1) and password (e.g. fblog$1)
